Each year hundreds of Howard University Alumni flock to The Big Easy for it's renown Essence Festival and 2011 is gearing up to be no exception! Therefore, instead of wondering who's in town join your fellow HU Young Alumni FAMILY for the ideal kickoff to what will certainly be a LIVELY weekend!

Located downtown and only a short cab ride away from Canal Street and the French Quarters, Bridge Lounge is one of N.O.'s DOPEST spots to party and parlay! Happy Hour ends at 7pm, but no need to worry because the menu is filled to the brim with inexpensive, specialty and regular drinks!

The official HUAA Dinner at Ralph & Kakoos (519 Toulousse St) will immediately follow this Happy Hour, so feel free to head there with other Alums after or stay at Bridge Lounge to chill a bit longer!!!
